The Bohlenser Mühle is located right next to the company's own bakery, which has existed since 1989. So the employees can regularly exchange information about flour qualities. A total of 60 hands knead and stir, push and decorate, pack and check 3,500 loaves and 8,000 rolls per day.
Cereal diversity from the region
The Bohlsener Mühle is not just called a mill, it is one! The company has been processing organic grain here in the Lüneburg Heath since 1979. In addition to flour, flakes, meal, semolina and co., biscuits and snack breads, muesli and cereals, burger, side dish and falafel mixes and a whole lot more are produced regionally.
