Direct booker advantages
The salmon trout, char and brown trout come from our own organic fish farm. Since 2010, the Forellenhof has been a certified organic farm (inspection body DE-ÖKO-003) and a member of the Naturland association.
The low stocking density (10 kg of fish per 1000 l of water) enables the salmon trout, char and brown trout to behave in a manner appropriate to their species with plenty of movement. This makes them grow more slowly, the meat is firmer, less fatty and particularly tasty. The near-natural rearing conditions in earthen ponds can also be seen in the organic fish: They have beautiful, pronounced fins and smooth, shiny skin.

Health, quality and freshness are the most important goals in fish farming and marketing at the Benecke trout farm. This is also very important to us, which is why we have been working with the Benecke family for years. The abundant good Heath water, balanced feeding and the many years of experience with trout farming and processing make it possible to obtain organic fish of the very highest quality from the region.
